Omega Technologies Service experts are available
to assist you with the planning, development, implementation and
support of your new or existing wireless network, provide recommendations
for mobile computing, or maintenance and support of your handheld
products.
Omega's ServiceCare Agreement extends the coverage beyond the
standard warranties offered on the hand held devices and peripherals
by the manufacturers.
Omega's broad range of support for both software and hardware
includes the following:

- Troubleshooting
Other services are available as Omega's Service Department flexible
staff is able to provide customized support tailored to a company's
individual needs.

The service group averages 8.5 years of wireless technical expertise
which offers a total data collection package and quick, efficient
repairs. Omega offers annual maintenance contracts, and depot
service to complete our service package.

Available Service Maintenance
Programs
Omega offers the convenience of a variety of service maintenance
programs to fit your maintenance and service needs. We are
conveniently located in the Southeast so we can offer lowered
shipping costs and faster transit times to customers in the region.
Depot Maintenance Program:
This agreement may be purchased for a time frame of 12 to 24
months and all parts and labor are covered. Coverage starts
after payment is received in full. The equipment must be
in good working order prior to being included on the maintenance
agreement.
Shipping costs to and from Omega are the customer's responsibility.
Average turnaround time is 1 to 3 days not including shipping
time.
Time and Material (T & M Program):

Equipment is shipped to Omega's Service depot facility for maintenance
or repair. All shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer. A free estimate will be provided via fax or
email. Average turnaround time is 1 to3 business days excluding
shipping time. A same day turnaround is available for an
expedite fee on each unit requested for same day turnaround.
Flat Rate Repair Program:
Equipment is shipped to Omega's Service Depot for maintenance
and repair. All shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer. The equipment will be repaired for a flat
fee (excluding abuse and accessories) and shipped back to customer.
Average turnaround
time is 1 to 3 business days excluding shipping time.

Exclusions and Exceptions to Service
Repair Contracts: 
The following are not covered under any of Omega's Service Contracts:
Media and Consumables
- Damage resulting from fire, water, natural disasters, etc
- Printheads
- Internal or External Abuse by Customer
- Cable Assemblies
- External Power Supplies
Omega's Warranty Policy:
All repairs performed by Omega are warranted for
30 days from
the ship date to the customer. This warranty
covers all labor but
only guarantees parts replaced on the previous repair.
